Hermes Overview

Hermes controls emailing students, parents, and staff, as well as mailing lists while supporting templates emails for ease of use.

Supported features:

• Sending individualized emails to students, parents, counselors, and custom users
• Sending mass templates emails to students, parents, counselors, and custom users
• Template management
  • Allows for users to create global templates available to all users who can use Hermes in addition to templates private to themselves
• Management of student, parent, and staff mailing lists according to custom rules
  • This then syncs daily with a separate mailing list server which handles the sending of the lists en masse.
