Locker Type List

Locker Type List is a list of all the available locker types in the system.

Users with the relevant permissions can create a locker type, as well as edit, and delete locker types in the system.

The editable fields are:

• Name

This view is the same irrespective of the selected school year and term.

Locker List

Locker List is a list of all the lockers in the system.  This view changes based on the school year and term selector and filters to lockers that year / term.

Users with the relevant permissions can create a locker, as well as edit, and delete lockers in the system.

The editable fields are:

• School Year and Term
• Locker Type
• Students
• Students paid
• Serial Number
• Location
• Combination

On the detail page of a locker, there is a toggle paid button which allows you to indicate that a student either has paid, or that they haven't, depending on the current state.

General Use

For users with the relevant permissions, a student detail view (including the student dashboard) will contain a "Lockers" menu item.

Lockers

This view shows a list of the student's lockers, as well as detail information about each locker (this can be controlled through settings).

The following fields are always displayed:

• Locker ID
• Locker Type
• Paid Status

The following fields can be selected to only be displayed when a student has paid for a given locker:

• Location
• Combination

The view has two tabs, one for lockers of the selected school year and term and one for all of the student's locker.
