Other Email

Other Email represents a list of comma separated emails who will receive a report upon uploading a parent report of discrepancies between email addresses of the uploaded file and the database as it currently exists.

Permissions

All permissions in this module are recommended for superusers only, except the data manipulation permission.

All permissions (sans the data manipulation permission) have the ability to see, and edit, functionally all data in the system.

Header

• View Header
  • Allows user to access the "Header List" view.
• Add Header
  • Allows users to create a Header from the "Header List" view.  The "Header Mapping" view is available to all users with the Change Resource permission.
• Change Header
  • Allows users to edit a Header from the "Header List" view.  The "Header Mapping" view is available to all users with the Change Resource permission.
• Delete Header
  • Allows users to remove a Header from the "Header List" view.  The "Header mapping" view is available to all users with the Change Resource permissions.

Resource

• View Resource
  • Allows users to view the Resource list, both in the header menu, as well as the aside menu.
• Add Resource
  • Allows users to create a resource of any type.
• Change Resource
  
  • Allows users to change a resource, run the import action, update the header mapping, as well as edit the defaults of a resource.
• Delete Resource
  • Allows users to delete a resource.
• Data Manipulation
  • Allows users to access the data manipulation view.
  • This view is recommended for any users who may have to do large spreadsheet based lookups, in addition to superusers and administrators.
