Batch Log
The Batch Log view allows for the batch creation of logs.
It accepts all fields normally required for log creation (see the "Saga View" documentation below) as well as a text box where you can paste in a new line separated (or pasted in Excel column) list of Student ID values. If you click out of that box, it will display the number of matches along with the first few matched students in the right column.
History View
One of the options in the menu located under the three dots next to a saga log entry is called "View Past Versions" -- this will take you to the History View page.
This page presents all past versions of the log, along with what was changed, who changed it, and when it was changed.
General Use
Saga View (Student Detail)
The Saga View is located in the tab menu on a Student Detail (Dashboard) page.
This view is filterable by log type, or sub log type, for ease of viewing.
Users with the relevant permissions can create a new Saga entry from this page. They will be asked to provide:
- Student
- Log Type
- Sub Log Type
- Date of Action
- Body
- Priority

Users with the relevant permissions can edit a Saga entry. The following fields are editable:
- Date of Action
- Body
- Priority
Users with the relevant permissions can view the past versions of a Saga entry, please see the History View for more information.
Users with the relevant permissions can delete a Saga entry.
