Unpaid Student View Location

This setting controls whether students who have not paid for a given locker can view its location in the "Locker" view on a student dashboard.  By default, students are unable to view the location of unpaid lockers.

Unpaid Student View Combination

This setting controls whether students who have not paid for a given locker can view its combination in the "Locker" view on a student dashboard.  By default, students are unable to view the combination for unpaid lockers.

Permissions

Locker Type

• View Locker Type
  • Provides view access to the "Locker Type List" page which contains a list of all Locker Types.
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators and any individual overseeing lockers.
• Change Locker Type
  • Allows for changing a Locker Type
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators and any individual overseeing lockers.
• Add Locker Type
  • Allows for adding a Locker Type
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators and any individual overseeing lockers.
• Delete Locker Type
  • Allows for deleting a Locker Type
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators and any individual overseeing lockers.

Locker

• View Locker
  • Provides view access to the "Locker List" page which contains a list of all lockers.
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators and any individual overseeing lockers and/or locker payment.
• Student Locker View
  • Provides view access to the "Lockers" tab on a student detail page and/or the student dashboard.
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators, any individuals overseeing lockers and/or locker payment, students if you wish students to view their locker information, parents if you wish parents to view their children's locker information.
    • Students and parents will only be able to view the "Lockers" tab on themselves (if student), or their children (if parent).
• Change Locker
  • Allows for changing a Locker from the "Locker List" page
  • Allows for toggling payment status of a locker through the "Lockers" page on a student detail view, or student dashboard page.
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators, and any individual overseeing lockers and/or locker payment.
• Add Locker
  • Allows for creating a Locker
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators, and any individual overseeing lockers.
• Delete Locker
  • Allows for deleting a Locker
  • Recommended for your school's Portunus Administrators, and any individual overseeing lockers.
