Permissions

Accommodations

• View Accommodation
  • Provides view access to the accommodation tab per student
  • Recommended for any user you wish to be able to view the accommodations for a student, though this can be granted to students and parents, due to the potentially private nature of the comments, and documents uploaded, this is recommended to remain internal unless explicitly otherwise.
• Change Accommodation
  • Allows for editing all parts of an Accommodation, there is no granularity, granting this permission allows for editing of all parts of a student's accommodation.
    • Similarly, there is no granularity for editing some students and not others, this is a permission for editing all student's accommodations
  • Recommended for your schools' Hygeia Administrators, or any individuals you wish you to be able to edit accommodation information.
